Returning to Vancouver from Rocky Mountain, passing by this town, I found a restaurant in the town and didn't expect it to be good. The restaurant is called 293 Wallace on the side of a big road in hope town, mainly serving local Canadian dishes. We both ordered a fresh shellfish seafood fore dish, then a bacon vegetable roll and a salmon cover rice, obviously more. The new shellfish has four fresh shellfish on the corn sour paste, some too acidic but still appetizing. The rice under salmon is thick with cheese and the bacon rolls are full. The price is moderate, and the food is about 40 yuan.
